Machine tool usage and performance characteristics

·The MK1380 CNC cylindrical grinder is mainly suitable for grinding various metal, non-metal pressure rollers and other workpiece outer circles in large heavy machinery, plastic machinery, papermaking, rubber, printing and dyeing industries.
·Adopting Siemens CNC system from Germany, implementing human-machine dialogue mode, setting grinding program, built-in PLC and CRT display, two axis linkage, driving the movement of the grinding wheel rack and worktable respectively.
·The spindle of the grinding wheel holder of the machine tool adopts dynamic and static pressure bearings, is equipped with a temperature control oil tank, has good stability, and the grinding wheel has a constant linear speed function.
·The machine tool has automatic cutting feed or periodic feed of the grinding wheel, automatic gear jumping of the worktable, automatic measurement of workpiece size, automatic two axis linkage of the grinding wheel for dressing and automatic compensation after dressing. After one clamping of the workpiece, one or more journal grinding can be completed, which is an efficient and high-precision machine tool.
·The driving motors for the workbench and grinding wheel rack are high inertia AC servo motors, equipped with fully enclosed protection and control panel to improve operational safety.
